Industrial analytics software for optimized processes

GE CSense is an analytics software that helps engineers to find the root causes of various faults or suboptimal efficiency using existing raw data, to fine tune machines (APC: Advanced Process Control), to provide direct feedback to machines, or to provide feedback for operators before a predicted problem occurs.

The software extracts data from machines, devices and processes, and has excellent visualization capabilities to display these as diagrams, make comparisons, carry out process engineering and mathematical analysis, and to help troubleshooting, predictions and optimization. It helps to increase production efficiency and OEE, and cuts costs.

The distinctive feature of GE CSense 6.0 is that it was designed by engineers for engineers and as such, it does not require extensive knowledge of mathematics and programming to connect data from different sources, draw informative diagrams or create mathematical models to predict process outcomes.
